自1978年5月至1983年6月五年多来,我们共为30例预激综合征病人进行了31次手术治疗。所有病例在术前都经过心电图、心向量图、电生理及术中心外膜标测的诊断及定位。对17例采用体外循环心脏直视手术,切割异常传导短路;对13例单纯应用无水酒精注射治疗。手术成功26例,失败3例(包括死亡1例),疗效不满意1例。术后随访半年以上的23例中,效果良好者19例,占82.6％。
For more than five years from May 1978 to June 1983, we performed a total of 31 surgeries for 30 patients with WPW syndrome. All cases were preoperative ECG, cardiac vector diagram, electrophysiology and surgical center of the outer membrane mapping diagnosis and positioning. Of 17 patients undergoing open heart surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass, the anomalies were cut short of conduction; 13 patients were treated with anhydrous alcohol injection. 26 cases were successful, 3 cases failed (including 1 case of death), and 1 case was unsatisfactory. Of the 23 cases who were followed up for more than six months, 19 cases were good, accounting for 82.6%.
