一台钻井机的减速器经过长期使用后,轴承部位出现发热、发响、漏油等情况。检查发现减速器轴承座孔磨损,轴承存在“外圈转动”现象。该减速器壳体材料为灰铸铁,可焊性较差,焊接时易产生白口组织、气孔和裂纹。2个轴承座孔分别装3524和3526型轴承,2座孔设计尺寸分别为φ215_(+0.03)~(+0.01)mm、Φ260_(+0.03)~(+0.01)mm。由于轴承金属材质强度高、硬度大,部件运行过程中受到振动冲击和其他的复合力不是很大,所以要求轴承座
