目的优化复方栀子凝胶处方组成,确定复方栀子凝胶的最佳处方工艺。方法采用正交试验方法,通过耐寒耐热实验,对凝胶处方的基质进行优化筛选,以涂展性、光泽性、均匀度、离心稳定性以及体外透皮释放性能为指标,对处方的其他辅料进行优化筛选。结果最佳的凝胶处方组成为卡波普940 1.5%,丙二醇1.5%,甘油3%,三乙醇胺5%,氮酮5%。结论优化后的处方更加可靠、稳定,能够满足复方栀子凝胶的生产要求。
Objective To optimize the prescription of compound gardenia gel and determine the best prescription of compound gardenia gel. Methods Orthogonal test was used to optimize the matrix of gel prescription by means of cold and heat resistance test. Based on the indexes of spreadability, glossiness, uniformity, centrifugal stability and transdermal delivery in vitro, Materials for optimization screening. Results The best gel prescription consisted of 1.5% carbopol 940, 1.5% propylene glycol, 3% glycerol, 5% triethanolamine and 5% azone. Conclusion The optimized prescription is more reliable and stable, which can meet the production requirements of compound gardenia gel.
