信息、计算机和网络技术的发展正带领我们进入“数字化生存”（Being-Digital）的信息社会。政府e化借全球信息化浪潮以一种不可逆转的态势向前推进,其实质是通过信息技术的运用,有效整合有形的物化政府建制与无形的信息数据流,从而改进政府组织,重组公共管理,使公民能够以较低的经济和时间成本得到预期的公共服务。政府e化的不断推进将对司法行政工作产生十分深远的影响,传统的服务内容、手段和方式将因此发生根本性的变化。本文场合上海司法行政的信息化工作,试就此主题作一些前瞻性的思考。
