指出消除极化作用是提高电阻法测量精度的重要途径,从理论上分析了影响极化作用的诸因素,对极板面积、信号频率及电压进行了一系列试验与研究。结果表明:极板面积、信号频率及电压对测量精度有不同影响。
It is pointed out that the elimination of polarization is an important way to improve the measurement accuracy of resistance method. The factors that affect the polarization are theoretically analyzed. A series of experiments and studies on plate area, signal frequency and voltage are carried out. The results show that: the plate area, signal frequency and voltage have different effects on the measurement accuracy.
