一、概述 M4216珩磨机是我国机床行业在50～60年代提供的一种精加工机床。据估计,我国机械加工行业拥有600～800台(包括各厂自制的在内),大多数的M4216珩磨机集中在内燃机行业的汽缸套专业生产厂。20家较大的柴油机汽缸套生产厂拥有150～200台M4216珩磨机。至今,这些机床已相当陈旧,同时,由于它是一种旧式珩磨机,结构不合理,性能差,已不能满足生产发展的要求。但是,把这些目前仍然是珩磨加工的主要设备都淘汰掉,更新为新型珩磨机,这不仅在短期内是不可能的,而且会造成极大的浪费。因此,我们选定了对M4216珩磨机进行全面技术改造这一课题,和西安内燃机配件厂一起,经过近三年的努力,使M4216珩磨机半自动改装获得成功,83年12月通过鉴定。改装后的机床已在两家汽缸套生产厂投产使用。图1为改装后的机床外观图。
I. Overview M4216 honing machine is China’s machine tool industry in the 50-60 years to provide a finishing machine. It is estimated that China’s machining industry has 600 to 800 units (including the factory-made ones included). Most of the M4216 honing machines are specialized in cylinder liners in the internal combustion engine industry. The 20 larger diesel cylinder liners have 150 to 200 M4216 honing machines. To date, these machine tools have been quite old, at the same time, because it is an old-style honing machine, its structure is irrational and its performance is poor, it can no longer meet the requirements of production development. However, the elimination of these major honing machines, which are currently still honing, to a new type of honing machine is not only impossible in the short term, but also creates enormous waste. Therefore, we have selected the subject of comprehensive technical transformation of M4216 honing machine. Together with Xi’an Internal Combustion Engine Parts Factory, after nearly three years of hard work, we succeeded in semi-automatic conversion of M4216 honing machine and passed the appraisal in December of 1983. The modified machine has been put into production in two cylinder liner production plant. Figure 1 shows the modified machine appearance.
