应用四氯化碳和硫代乙酰胺分别复制出急性及暴发性肝损伤大鼠模型,检测了血液及肝脏糖胺多糖含量的变化。结果表明,急性肝损伤大鼠血液及肝脏糖胺多糖含量无变化,而暴发性肝损伤大鼠血中糖胺多糖含量增加,其增加幅度与天门冬氨酸氨基转换酶水平呈正相关,肝脏糖胺多糖则显著降低。结果提示,暴发性肝损伤时肝脏糖胺多糖成分有相应改变,而且其发生发展可能与肝脏细胞外间质成分的变化有关。
The rat model of acute and fulminant hepatic injury was duplicated by using carbon tetrachloride and thioacetamide, and the content of glycosaminoglycan in blood and liver were measured. The results showed that there was no change in glycosaminoglycan content in blood and liver of rats with acute liver injury, while the content of glycosaminoglycan in blood of rats with fulminant hepatic injury increased. The increase extent was positively correlated with the level of aspartate aminotransferase, Amidopolysaccharide is significantly reduced. The results suggest that hepatic glycosaminoglycans in fulminant hepatic injury may be changed accordingly, and its occurrence and development may be related to the changes of hepatic extracellular matrix components.
