目的了解常州市国家级麻疹监测点2009-2012年正常人群麻疹抗体水平监测情况,为确定麻疹易感者及其免疫策略提供依据。方法采集常州市武进区0~、1~、3~、5~、7~、10~、15~、≥20岁共八个年龄组血清1 612份,用酶联免疫吸附试验检测麻疹IgG。结果人群麻疹IgG抗体阳性率为89.33%,几何平均浓度(GMC)为1 617.37mIU/ml。四年间GMC两两比较差异均有统计学意义。不同年龄组人群的麻疹IgG抗体阳性率为49.50%~99.01%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=429.82,P<0.001),不同年龄组GMC为697.07~1 432.76 mIU/ml,差异有统计学意义(F=7.998,P<0.001)。结论继续加强免疫规划管理力度,结合麻疹疫情对一定年龄的人群实行强化免疫。
Objective To understand the status of measles antibody surveillance in normal population from 2009 to 2012 at the national measles surveillance site of Changzhou City and provide evidence for the identification of measles susceptible and immunization strategies. Methods A total of 1 612 serum samples were collected from eight age groups of 0 ~, 1 ~, 3 ~, 5 ~, 7 ~, 10 ~, 15 ~, ≥20 years old in Wujin District, Changzhou City. Measles IgG was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results The positive rate of measles IgG antibody was 89.33% and the geometric mean concentration (GMC) was 1617.37mIU / ml. GMC every four years, the difference was statistically significant. The positive rate of measles IgG was 49.50% ~ 99.01% in different age groups (χ2 = 429.82, P <0.001). The GMC in different age groups was 697.07 ~ 1 432.76 mIU / ml, the difference was statistically significant (F = 7.998, P <0.001). Conclusions Continue to strengthen the management of immunization programs and combine with the measles epidemic to strengthen the population with certain age.
