高校学生网络购买力的迅猛发展离不开快递行业在商品配送环节给予的有力支撑。然而在高校末端配送这“最后一公里”上,快递服务行业并未发展出与其不断增长的业务量相适应的配送模式,相反却出现了将其义务转让他人的现象,引发各种法律问题。文章系统总结了目前针对高校末端配送的快递业务配送模式,分析其法律风险,并通过现有快递法律法规的研究对社会中衍生出的一种新型收费业务的合法性进行探析,最后提出目前高校快递在末端配送环节存在的法律适用困境。
The rapid development of college students’ online purchasing power can not be separated from the express support provided by the express delivery industry in the delivery of goods.
