针对航空整体结构件反变形校正中引入的较大残余应力严重影响工件的使用安全性和可靠性这一工艺难题,通过相应实验设计,对约束状态下工件实施振动时效处理,对振动参数进行优选,同时,研究振动时效对变形零件约束状态下应力释放与变形校正的作用机理和效果.研究表明振动时效技术可显著降低校正残余应力,并对约束状态下的变形零件起到一定的校正作用.
Aiming at the problem that the large residual stress introduced in the anti-deformation correction of the aeronautic structure seriously affects the safety and reliability of the workpieces, the corresponding experimental design is used to optimize the vibration parameters by performing the vibration aging treatment on the workpieces in the constrained state Meanwhile, the mechanism and effect of vibration aging on the stress release and deformation correction under the constrained state of deformed parts are studied.The results show that the vibration aging technology can significantly reduce the residual stress and correct the deformation of the deformed part.
