为了满足煤矿开采日益高产高效的要求,人们对液压支架强度和技术含量的要求变得越来越高。因此,作为液压支架试验的关键设备—液压支架试验台的性能也将变得尤为重要。利用ANSYS Workbench软件对SZL1000/300型液压支架试验台在3种组合工况下的受力情况进行了分析,并对试验台的结构优化提出了建议。
In order to meet the increasingly high yield and high efficiency of coal mining requirements, people of the hydraulic support strength and technical requirements become higher and higher. As a result, the performance of the hydraulic stand test rig, which is a critical piece of equipment for hydraulic support trials, will become even more important. The force of SZL1000 / 300 hydraulic support test rig under three combined conditions was analyzed by ANSYS Workbench software, and the structure optimization of the test rig was put forward.
