本文以省林科所建所32年来科技队伍发展状况、人员素质、年龄及知识结构等变化情况为依据,着重剖析了该所至2000年前将面临科技队伍的“断层”危险和由此而导致科学研究工作有走向“低谷”的可能性。作者就如何做好人才管理工作提出一些建设性意见,并采取综合措施以优化群体结构,进而在一定程度上填补这一“断层”,避免在该所科学研究中出现由于队伍结构的断裂造成的“低谷”现象。
Based on the development of science and technology team, quality of personnel, age and knowledge structure in the 32 years since the establishment of Linke Branch, this paper focuses on the danger of “fault” of the science and technology team until 2000, Lead to scientific research work to “trough” the possibility. The author puts forward some constructive suggestions on how to do a good job of talent management and adopts comprehensive measures to optimize the group structure so as to fill up this “fault” to a certain extent and prevent the scientific research from being caused by the breakdown of the team structure “Trough” phenomenon.
