目的:比较两种方法和吸附对农村地下饮用浊水中砷的测定结果。方法:样品经处理后,用AFS-920双道原子荧光光度计进行测定。结果:在本法条件下绘制标准曲线0.0~40.0μg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.85%,检出限0.018μg/L,样品回收率为93.4~107.5%,直接加酸结果与消化处理结果一致。澄清后结果显著低于混合均匀后的结果。结论:前者两种方法无显著性差异,而吸附有显著性差异。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the determination results of arsenic in drinking water and dirty drinking water in rural areas by two methods and adsorption. Methods: The samples were treated with AFS-920 dual-channel atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer. Results: The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.0 ~ 40.0μg / L. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.85%, the detection limit was 0.018μg / L, the recovery rate was 93.4 ~ 107.5% Direct acid results and digestion results. After clarification, the results were significantly lower than the results after mixing. Conclusion: There is no significant difference between the former two methods, but the adsorption has significant difference.
