通过对飞刀轴的强度、刚度和振动模态的分析,设计制作了基于普通车床的飞切装置。并采用PCD成形车刀在铝材料上进行了飞切加工V型槽的实验。测试结果证明了该飞切装置的可用性,为生产实践提供了必要的技术参考与装备,并为进一步分析飞切理论打下了基础。
Through the analysis of the strength, stiffness and vibration mode of the fly shaft, the fly-cutting device based on ordinary lathe is designed and manufactured. The PCD forming tool was used to test the flying shear V-groove on the aluminum material. The test results prove the usability of the fly-cutting device, provide the necessary technical reference and equipment for production practice, and lay a foundation for further analysis of fly-cut theory.
