正常时,肺动脉压为15~20mmHg。慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者在静止时,平均肺动脉压常持续在20mmHg以上。近年来研究证明,慢性阻塞性肺疾病的肺动脉高压起源于肺泡缺氧和肺血管内血液氢离子浓度的增高。因此,肺动脉压升高的程度,可通过动脉血液气体分析作出大致的估计。我病室于1979年冬至1980年春对一些慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者在静脉滴注肝素或氨茶碱前后测定血气,观察肺动脉压的变化情况,现将观察结果报导如下:
Normal pulmonary artery pressure is 15 ~ 20mmHg. Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at rest, the average pulmonary artery pressure often last above 20mmHg. In recent years, studies have shown that pulmonary hypertension in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease originated from alveolar hypoxia and pulmonary blood concentration of hydrogen ions increased. Therefore, the extent of pulmonary hypertension can be roughly estimated by arterial blood gas analysis. My ward in the winter of 1979 to the spring of 1980 for some patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the determination of blood gas before and after intravenous drip of heparin or aminophylline to observe changes in pulmonary arterial pressure, the observations are reported as follows:
