水泥化学分析也必须随着生产机械化自动化程度的提高而不断改进,力求快速而准确。目前各水泥厂所采用的方法虽然在准确度和化学分析操作速度上都有提高,但由于使用的标准溶液浓度不一,计算公式繁杂,而影响了分析速度。鉴于此,本文从分析化学基础理论当量定律出发,初步推导出一些简便的公式,对配制特定浓度的标液和化学分析计算方面都有改进,经过实验,效果较好。
Chemical analysis of cement must also be continuously improved as the degree of automation of production mechanization increases, and strives to be quick and accurate. Although the methods adopted by the cement plants at present have improved in accuracy and chemical analysis operation speed, due to the different concentrations of standard solutions used, the calculation formulas are complicated and affect the analysis speed. In view of this, this article proceeds from the equivalent law of basic theory of analytical chemistry, and preliminarily deduces some simple formulas. It has improved the standard solution and chemical analysis calculation for formulating specific concentrations. After experiments, the effect is better.
