1.问题的提出 图1所示为某喷浆机的传动臂,其曲面A的加工有一定难度,通常在铣床上使用配套夹具来铣削。夹具装在分度头上,装夹工件时,以两孔定位,铣削时,摇动分度头,使工件绕O点转动,即可铣出圆弧面。铣削时有两种装刀方法,一种使用加长立铣刀,另一种是使用三面刃铣刀,这两种方法皆因铣刀伸得太长,机床、刀具系统的刚性较差,加之加工时断续切削等,造成刀具主轴振动较大。特别是后者,对机床损伤大、刀具使用寿命缩短,且成本高、加工效率低。而将三面刃铣刀装在车床卡盘上,刀柄可做得粗壮些,使机床、刀具系统具有足够的刚性,可充分发挥三面刃铣刀的高效率。
