目的观察在早期应用弹力矫形装置对脑卒中偏瘫患者行走中足内翻、足下垂的影响。方法 66例脑卒中偏瘫患者,先进行常规运动治疗康复训练2周,再进行佩戴弹力矫形装置,继续运动治疗康复训练2周。观察患者弹力矫形装置佩戴前及佩戴后2周6 min步行距离、Holden步行功能、Berg平衡功能量表评分变化情况。结果佩戴弹力矫形装置后,66例患者6 min步行距离为(2.364±0.544)m、Holden步行功能为(51.061±13.574)分、Berg平衡功能量表评分为(12.667±2.543)分,均高于佩戴前的(1.333±0.536)m、(35.682±11.926)分、(8.197±1.279)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论弹力矫形装置在偏瘫患者早期行走中使用有积极作用,可以改善、纠正患者在行走中足内翻、足下垂现象,同时可以稳定踝关节,并提高患者的行走能力。
Objective To observe the effect of early application of elastic orthotic device on foot varus and foot drooping in stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods Sixty-six stroke patients with hemiplegia were treated with conventional exercise for two weeks and then worn with elastic orthopedic device to continue the exercise for two weeks. Observe the changes of patients’ orthopedic device before wearing and walking 6 min 2 weeks after wearing, Holden walking function, Berg balance function scale score. Results After wearing elastic orthotic device, 66 patients walked for 6 min (2.364 ± 0.544) m, Holden walking function was (51.061 ± 13.574), Berg balance function score was (12.667 ± 2.543) Before wearing (1.333 ± 0.536) m, (35.682 ± 11.926) points, (8.197 ± 1.279) points, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The elastic orthotic device has an active role in the early walking of patients with hemiplegia, which can improve and correct the phenomenon of foot varus and foot drooping in walking, meanwhile stabilize the ankle joint and improve the walking ability of patients.
