以西洋杜鹃为材料,研究了3种遮光处理对其花期、光合参数、叶绿素荧光参数的影响。结果表明,与遮光60%处理相比,遮光30%处理显著提高了花蕾的长度和宽度、花径、成花率,且花期提前10 d左右,遮光80%处理花期推迟了8 d左右;遮光有利于叶绿素含量提高,但降低了叶绿素a/叶绿素b值;随着遮光程度不断增加,叶片蒸腾速率、净光合速率、叶片气孔导度、气孔限制值均有所下降,胞间CO2浓度则随着遮光强度的加强而升高。西洋杜鹃在栽培应用上要注意光照条件,光照较强有利于花期提前,一定的遮光强度可以推迟其开花。
Taking rhododendron in the West as materials, the effects of three shading treatments on the flowering period, photosynthetic parameters and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were studied. The results showed that the shading length and width, flower diameter and flowering rate were significantly increased by 30% shading compared with 60% shading treatment. The flowering period was advanced by about 10 days and 80% shading treatment was postponed for about 8 days. But decreased chlorophyll a / chlorophyll b value. With the increase of shading, the transpiration rate, net photosynthetic rate, leaf stomatal conductance and stomatal limitation decreased, and the intercellular CO2 concentration decreased with Shading intensified and increased. Western Rhododendron in the cultivation of the application should pay attention to light conditions, strong light conducive to flowering in advance, a certain intensity of shading can delay its flowering.
