小鼠ip PRRT 400mg/kg×5d,脾脏重量增加,腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能加强,血清溶菌酶含量、脾细胞中EAC—RFC及PFC、脾细胞分泌的溶血素水平、血凝素抗体滴度及外周血淋巴细胞ANAE活性均明显升高;而脾细胞中E—RFC无明显变化,足垫迟发型超敏反应受到抑制。豚鼠ip PRRT 40mg/Kg×6d,血清总补体活性显著升高。这些结果表明,PRRT对免疫功能尤其非特异性免疫和体液免疫应答具有明显的增强作用。

These results indicate that PRRT has a significant enhancement of immune function, especially non-specific and humoral immune responses.
