目的探讨小康型乡镇卫生院人员配备标准。方法采用文献分析和问卷调查的方法了解乡镇卫生院人员配备现况,通过定性访谈和专家咨询的方法收集有关小康型乡镇卫生院人员配备的意见。结果小康型乡镇卫生院每千农业人口配备乡镇卫生院人员数在1.8~2.5人之间;卫生技术人员占人员总数的85%~95%;预防保健人员每万农业人口不少于2.5人配备;医护比在11.2~11.5之间;医技及其他卫生技术人员占卫生技术人员总数的30%左右;小康型乡镇卫生院管理人员数占人员总数的10%~15%;专职管理人员数占管理人员总数的30%~40%。结论小康型乡镇卫生院应增加预防保健人员配备;优化医护比;重视专职管理人员配备。
Objective To investigate the standard of staffing in well-to-do township hospitals. Methods The methods of literature analysis and questionnaire survey were used to understand the current situation of staffing in township health centers. The opinions about the staffing of well-to-do township hospitals were collected through qualitative interview and expert consultation. Results Well-to-do township hospitals were equipped with township health centers for every thousand agricultural population between 1.8 and 2.5 persons; health technicians accounted for 85% to 95% of the total number of personnel; and health care workers were provided with not less than 2.5 persons per million agricultural population ; Health care ratio between 11.2 ~ 11.5; medical technology and other health technicians accounted for about 30% of the total number of health technicians; well-to-do type of township hospitals accounted for 10% of the total number of staff 15%; full-time Management staff accounted for 30% of the total number of managers to 40%. Conclusion Well-to-do type of township hospitals should increase the provision of preventive health care staff; optimize the health care ratio; emphasis on full-time management staffing.
