上海沪东造船厂日前开展了第12次QC成果评选。在总洪170篇的QC成果中,共评选出一等奖12篇,二等奖21篇,三等奖42篇。全厂34个单位中现有323个QC小组,成果率达52.63％,所节约的原材料、工时、设备等费用约为800万元左右,取得了显著的经济效益。另外,有4篇优秀成果将代表沪东造船厂参加上海船舶工业公司1991年度的优秀QC成果评选及交流活动。据悉,QC活动的蓬勃开展,为工厂全面提高产品质量,降低生产成本起到了积极的 Shanghai Hudong Shipyard recently launched the 12th QC results selection. In the QC results of the total of 170 articles, a total of 12 first prizes, 21 second prizes and 42 third prizes were selected. There are 323 QC teams in 34 units of the whole plant, and the result rate is 52.63%. The raw materials, working hours, equipment and other expenses saved are about 8 million yuan, which has achieved remarkable economic benefits. In addition, four outstanding achievements will represent Hudong Shipyard’s participation in the outstanding QC results selection and exchange activities of Shanghai Shipbuilding Industry Corporation in 1991. It is reported that the vigorous development of QC activities has positively contributed to the overall improvement of product quality and lower production costs.
