《航空用钢和高温合金质量控制导则》是保证这些材料及其锻件生产质量可靠性、稳定性和可追溯性的重要标准，可供在这些材料的订货合同中援用。本标准对这些材料的供方、有关技术文件、原料、工序、工艺更改、批次管理、不合格品控制、转厂生产控制以及售后服务等规定了管理办法。本标准也适用于航空民品及其他部门产品的相应材料的生产。
The Guidelines for the Quality Control of Aerospace Steels and Superalloys are important criteria for ensuring the reliability, stability and traceability of the quality of these materials and their forgings, which can be referenced in the ordering contracts for these materials. This standard provides for the supply of these materials, the technical documents, raw materials, processes, process changes, batch management, control of substandard products, production control plant and after-sales service and other provisions of the management approach. This standard also applies to aviation civil products and other sectors of the corresponding material production.
