我国经济进入了提质增效升级的关键时期,对技术技能人才培养质量的需求越来越大,但尚未建立起客观、专业的职业教育质量评价体系。本研究基于现代职业教育体系下的质量评价,分析国外职业教育质量保障体系,依据国际教育评价主流,从专业与课程设置、资源条件、运行管理、质量绩效4个维度构建以决策为导向的职业教育质量评价模型,运用德尔菲专家咨询法建立职业教育质量评价指标体系,探讨发挥决策作用的运行机制。
