近年来 ,急性心肌梗塞对应导联 ST段压低受到临床重视 ,对其临床意义提出了不同的观点。现就我院 1993年 1月～ 2 0 0 0年 1月收治的 35例急性下壁心肌梗塞作一分析。一般资料 :本组 35例急性下壁心肌梗塞均为发病 2 4小时内入院患者 ,其诊断符合 WHO标准。心电图示 V1 ～ V6 ?
