在以前的研究中,作者曾发现一些非淋巴组织(肝、肾、肺和心脏)的细胞、细胞核和染色质含有大量的非组蛋白(NHP),而在淋巴组织(胸腺和脾)的相应部分,NHP的含量很低。并认为对辐射高度敏感的淋巴细胞在辐照(0.5~4Gy)后数小时出现分裂间期死亡是与NHP的缺乏有密切关系。本文为了弄清对辐射敏感或不敏感的细胞核构造,就要获得关于细胞核NHP的补充资料。获得的证据表明,胸腺和脾脏的细胞核紧结合NHP比肝、肾、肺和心的细胞核紧结合NHP少得多。
In previous studies, the authors have found that some of the non-lymphoid tissues (liver, kidney, lung and heart) contain large numbers of non-histone (NHP) cells, nuclei and chromatin, whereas in lymphoid tissue (thymus and spleen) In part, NHP content is low. It is considered that there is a close relationship with the lack of NHP in radiation-sensitive lymphocytes that appear interphase death several hours after irradiation (0.5-4 Gy).
