面神经麻痹是临床较常见疾病,目前确无特效药物。采取中西医综合治疗法,方能尽快康复。本人自1985年至今在门诊采用中西医结合治疗面神经麻痹12例,取得了较好的效果,总有效率达91.7％,现报告如下。 临床资料 分治疗组和对照组,中西医结合治疗组12例患者中,男8例,女4例,年龄最小的28岁,最大的73岁,平均54岁。其中干部8例,工人4例。秋冬季发病7例,春夏季5例。全部病例有典型的面瘫表现。对照组为1985年前的6例面神经麻痹患者用西药维生素类口服加肌注,未用中医疗法。 中西结合治疗方法 (1)针灸:透针疗法是治疗本病的最主要手段。取地仓透颊车,赞竹透太阳,配四白,前庭,合谷及承浆穴。健侧患侧同时针,中强度刺激稔转,手法是先泻后补,留针半小时。每日1次。(2)中药:当归9g,桑枝12g,牛七12g,全 Facial paralysis is a more common clinical disease, there is no specific drug.
