目的 观察颈椎微调手法结合腧穴治疗寰枢关节半脱位的临床疗效,收集生物力学数据,探讨其作用机制.方法 将符合纳入标准的60例患者随机分入治疗组和对照组,每组30例.治疗组采用颈椎微调手法结合腧穴治疗,对照组采用坐位牵引法治疗,并通过传感器作颈部肌肉收缩力测量.观察两组症状体征评分及影像学变化,以对病情缓解程度进行评价,并对肌肉收缩力和应变等生物力学数据进行分析.结果 从治疗有效率、症状体征评分及影像学变化,治疗组明显优于对照组,具有显著性差异(P<0.05).生物力学证明符合安全性要求.结论 颈椎微调手法结合腧穴治疗对于寰枢关节半脱位有较好疗效,定位准确,疗程短,且符合生物力学及安全性要求.“,”Objective To study the curative effect of the cervical spine fine adjusting manipulation combined withacupoints to treat atlantoaxial subluxation,to collect biomechanical research program and to explore its mechanism.Methods Sixty patients who meet the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Each group contained 30 cases.The treatment group was treated by the cervical spine fine adjusting manipulation combined with acupoints,and the control group was done by sitting traction.The neck muscle force measuring was by sensor.It was evaluated that the change of symptom score and imaging score of atlantoaxial joint subluxation and the relief degree of symptoms and the biomechanical data including muscle force and strain.Results From the treatment efficiency,the score of symptoms and signs and imaging changes,treatment group were significantly better than those the control group,with significant difference(P < 0.05).It was proved to meet the biomechanical safety requirements.Conclusion The cervical spine fine adjusting manipulation combined with acupoints treatment has better curative effect for atlantoaxial subluxation,with accurate positioning,short course of treatment,and in accordance with biomechanical safety requirements.
