应用免疫组化ABC法,对100例乳腺癌的表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)、ER及PgR进行了检测。结果显示:EGFR阳性34例,ER阳性6l例,PgR阳性30例。其中3项均阳性者5例,ER与EGFR,PgR与EGFR阳性者各8例,结果说明乳腺癌中EGFR阳性率高于良性乳腺肿瘤,差异显著(P<0.01)。EGFR在乳腺癌中的表达与ER表达呈显著负相关关系(P<0.05);ER的表达与患者的绝经状态显著相关(P<0.05);不同病理组织学类型的乳腺癌EGFR阳性率存在一定差异;而ER是乳腺癌高分化、预后好的标志,EGFR则相反(P<0.01)。
Immunohistochemical ABC method was used to detect epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), ER and PgR in 100 cases of breast cancer. The results showed that 34 cases were positive for EGFR, 61 cases were positive for ER, and 30 cases were positive for PgR. Among them, 5 cases were all positive, 8 cases were ER and EGFR, 8 cases were positive for PgR and EGFR. The results showed that the positive rate of EGFR in breast cancer was higher than that in benign breast tumors (P<0.01). The expression of EGFR in breast cancer was negatively correlated with the expression of ER (P<0.05); the expression of ER was significantly associated with the menopausal status of patients (P<0.05); different histopathological types of breast cancer EGFR There is a certain difference in the positive rate; ER is a good marker for breast cancer with high differentiation and good prognosis, but EGFR is the opposite (P<0.01).
