作者报道1960～1980处理25例医源性输尿管损伤27次,年龄24～78岁,女性19例,男性8例.初次手术类型:妇科手术17例,输尿管损伤18次,其中子宫切除术14例,卵巢巨火肿物切除术3例.有1例经阴道子宫颈活检术时损伤后输尿管,以后作子宫切除术再次损伤后输尿管.直肠乙状结肠手术8例,输尿管损伤9次,其中经腹会阴切除术5例,低位前侧切除术2次,左半结肠切除术1例.损伤类型和部位:左输尿管损伤20次(19例),右输尿管损伤7次.两次不同手术分别损伤各侧输尿
The authors reported that 25 cases of iatrogenic ureteral injury were treated 27 times, aged from 24 to 78 years, from 1960 to 1980, including 8 males and 8 females.First type of surgery: 17 cases of gynecological surgery, 18 cases of ureteral injury, of which 14 cases of hysterectomy , 3 cases of ovarian giant pyelic tumor resection.One case of transvaginal cervical biopsy injury ureter after hysterectomy for ureteral injury again.Retal sigmoid colon surgery in 8 cases, ureteral injury 9 times, including abdominal perineal 5 cases underwent resection, 2 cases underwent anterior resection and 1 case underwent left colon resection.The type and location of injury were: left ureteral injury 20 times (19 cases) and right ureteral injury 7 times Urinary
