目的了解广西境内不同来源的副溶血性弧菌的血清学分型及这些分离株存在毒力基因的情况,从毒力基因的分子特征分析水产品中的副溶血性弧菌与临床分离株的相关性,为对水产品中副溶血性弧菌进行风险性评估和开展食品安全性检测研究提供理论依据。方法以2007年广西食源性疾病监测网36株副溶血性弧菌分离株(水产品来源株和临床株)为研究对象,利用O抗标准血清分型的基础上,应用PCR的方法检测该菌tdh和trh两种毒力基因。结果水产品分离株血清分型呈多样性,毒力基因阳性率低;临床分离株血清型集中为O1和O3,均存在tdh毒力基因。结论广西境内的副溶血性弧菌感染主要与携带tdh毒力基因的该菌有关,监测时不仅要关注水产品中该菌的高分离率,更要关注和防范携带毒力基因的副溶血性弧菌。
Objective To understand the serological typing of Vibrio parahaemolyticus from different sources in Guangxi and the presence of virulence genes in these isolates. To analyze the molecular characteristics of virulence genes for the relationship between Vibrio parahaemolyticus and clinical isolates in aquatic products In order to provide a theoretical basis for risk assessment of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in aquatic products and food safety testing. Methods 36 isolates of Vibrio parahaemolyticus (aquatic product strains and clinical strains) from Guangxi Foodborne Disease Surveillance Network in 2007 were selected as research objects. Based on the O anti-standard serum typing, the PCR method was used to detect this Tdh and trh bacteria two virulence genes. Results The serotypes of aquatic isolates were diversified and the positive rate of virulence genes was low. The serotypes of clinical isolates were O1 and O3, and both of them had tdh virulence genes. Conclusion Vibrio parahaemolyticus infection in Guangxi is mainly related to this strain of bacteria carrying tdh virulence genes. Monitoring should not only pay attention to the high isolation rate of the bacteria in aquatic products, but also pay attention to and prevent the parahaemolytic activity of virulence genes Vibrio.
