本文采用轧制方法研究了高温形变淬火工艺参数对低碳M_n-M_0-V-N微合金钢组织结构与力学性能的影响,并与普通热轧、调质、正火的效果作了对比。试验结果表明,高温形变淬火能使钢显著强化,且可保持一定的塑韧性水平。能得到较好组织和综合性能的工艺制度:奥氏体温度1100℃;终轧温度900℃;变形量60%;回火温度600℃。
In this paper, the effect of high temperature deformation and quenching process parameters on the microstructure and mechanical properties of low carbon M_n-M_0-V-N microalloyed steel was studied by rolling method, and compared with ordinary hot rolling, quenching and tempering, normalizing effect. The test results show that high temperature deformation quenching can significantly strengthen the steel, and can maintain a certain level of plasticity and toughness. Can get better organization and overall performance of the process system: austenite temperature of 1100 ℃; finishing temperature of 900 ℃; deformation of 60%; tempering temperature of 600 ℃.
