本文以分层教学法中同班教学分层指导的教学方法为研究对象,针对高校足球选项课学生积极性不高、运动水平参差不齐、等问题应用文献资料法、调查法、演绎与归纳等研究方法得出同班教学分层指导的教学方法充分体现了以人为本、以学生为主体的人本教育的教学思想;在教学评价上更加的完善,使教学评价变得比较客观、公平,更具有科学性、说服力;提高了学生上课的积极性,自信心以及自我效能感;该教学方法体现了足球选项课教学的针对性,同时满足了不同身体素质、不同水平的学生的学习需求,有助于培养学生们的终身体育意识;同班教学分层指导的教学方法对教师的要求比较高。
