针对我国钢箱梁疲劳损伤问题,展开评价方法的研究,将模糊综合评定法应用于钢箱梁疲劳病害的评定。在现有疲劳评价方法分析基础上,结合钢箱梁疲劳病害多因素影响特点,建立钢箱梁疲劳病害评定指标体系,包括疲劳裂纹长度、裂纹增长速率、疲劳位置腐蚀程度、疲劳构造细节受力情况以及桥梁的在役时间。针对每个指标,通过工程实测数据及理论分析,划分5个等级并给出了相应分值。运用模糊数学理论和层次分析法,建立模糊综合评定模型,并通过实例评定,为钢桥面板疲劳病害的安全评估提供了计算步骤和过程。
Aiming at the problem of fatigue damage of steel box girder in our country, the research on evaluation method is carried out. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to the evaluation of the fatigue of steel box girder. Based on the analysis of existing fatigue assessment methods and combining with the multi-factor impact characteristics of the steel box girder fatigue disease, the evaluation index system of the fatigue damage of the steel box girder is established, including the fatigue crack length, the crack growth rate, the corrosion degree at the fatigue position, The situation and the bridge’s in-service time. For each indicator, through the engineering measured data and theoretical analysis, five levels are divided and the corresponding scores are given. By using fuzzy mathematical theory and analytic hierarchy process, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established and evaluated by examples to provide calculation steps and processes for the safety assessment of fatigue damage of steel bridge deck.
