1989年以来,我局全面质量管理工作发展较快。1990年有37个 QC 小组荣获邮电部、北京市先进(优秀)称号。1991年,全面质量管理工作进一步发展,QC 小组由551个增至737个,增长33.75%,普及率为96%;坚持活动率为90.77%;发表成果490个,成果率为66.48%。又有58个 QC 小组获邮电部、北京市先进(优秀)称号;干线运输局刷印科 QC 小组获国家质量管理优秀称号;赵连荣(现任局党委书记)、刘兆楹等11位同志和南区邮电局分别获北京市“七五”期间质量管理先进工作者和先进单位称号;南区、西区邮电局获北京市质量管理奖。我们的主要做法是:
Since 1989, the total quality management of our bureau has been developing rapidly. In 1990, 37 QC teams won the title of “Advanced (Outstanding)” by the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications. In 1991, total quality management was further developed. The number of QC teams increased from 551 to 737, an increase of 33.75% and a penetration rate of 96%. The rate of adherence to activities was 90.77%. Outcomes were 490 and the achievement rate was 66.48%. Another 58 QC teams won the title of “Advanced (Excellent)” by the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and Beijing Municipality; the QC team of the Printing and Printing Bureau of the Trunk Transport Bureau won the honorary title of “National Quality Management”; 11 comrades including Zhao Lianrong (current party secretary) and Liu Zhaoguang and the Southern District Post Office They were awarded the title of “Advanced Quality Management Worker and Advanced Unit” respectively by Beijing Municipality during the “Seventh Five-year Plan” period.
