随着社会经济的发展,社会对人才,尤其是技术人才需求量的加大,高职院校面临着前所未有机遇,但与此同时,也面临着挑战。由于高职院校的起步较晚,之前的很多年国家对其都不够重视,在高职院校的管理模式,教学方式,以及师资队伍建设等方面都存在很大的问题,面对这一问题,高职院校要加强“双师素质”师资队伍的建设,建设成一支既具有较高的文化和专业理论素质,又具有较强的教学、教研、指导等实际能力素质的高职师资队伍。本文主要分析探讨了高职院校“双师素质”师资队伍建设的路径。
