目的:本论文旨在建立蔬菜中26种有机磷、有机氯和菊酯等三大类农药残留的固相萃取-毛细管气相色谱的快速检测方法。方法:样品前处理方法在NY/T761-2004的基础上稍做改进,采用双柱、双检测器(FPD、ECD)对蔬菜中26种农药残留进行定性和定量分析。结果:该方法在16 m in内能够很好的分离14种有机磷类农药,在17 m in内能够很好的分离12种有机氯和菊酯类农药;样品加标回收率(n=3)为85.85%~108.51%,相对标准偏差小于4.79%,最低检出限范围0.06~2 ppb。结论:该方法检测蔬菜农药残留灵敏度高、操作简便。
OBJECTIVE: This paper aims to establish a rapid method for the determination of 26 pesticides, organochlorines and pyrethrum pesticide residues in vegetables by solid-phase extraction and capillary gas chromatography. Methods: The sample pretreatment method was slightly improved on the basis of NY / T761-2004. The qualitative and quantitative analysis of 26 pesticide residues in vegetables was carried out by using double column and double detector (FPD, ECD). Results: The method could well separate 14 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides within 16 mins and 12 kinds of organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticides within 17 mins. The spiked recoveries (n = 3) ) Was 85.85% ~ 108.51%, the relative standard deviation was less than 4.79%, and the minimum detection limit was 0.06 ~ 2 ppb. Conclusion: This method is sensitive to vegetable pesticide residues and easy to operate.
