拙文《音乐机芯应用数例》在本刊1987年第12期发表后,笔者收到不少读者来信,询问怎样用音乐机芯改装音乐门铃。现将改装方法介绍于下,供大家参考。音乐电子机芯主要用于制作有声贺年卡,厂商在设计制版时将音乐IC的触发端与电源端相连,芯片内部电路结构与音乐门铃用IC相同。弄清楚这个问题,改装工作就非常简单。把图1电路的虚线部分用刀片切割成约2~3mm的缺口,将触发端与电源端分开。电源开关接通,电路处于准备工作状态,此刻电流约5μA。在缺口两端分别焊出两根绝缘导线,接上门铃按钮,便改装成音乐门铃。不过这种门铃的缺点是音量较小。
My essay, “a few examples of the application of music movement” published in the 12th Issue of 1987, I received many letters from readers, asking how to use music movement modified music doorbell. Now modified method introduced below, for your reference. Music electronic movement is mainly used for making a sound card, manufacturers in the design of the plate when the music IC trigger terminal connected to the power supply terminal, the chip internal circuit structure and the same music doorbell IC. To figure out this problem, modification work is very simple. The broken part of the circuit in Figure 1 with a blade cut into about 2 ~ 3mm gap, the trigger end and the power supply end. Power switch is connected, the circuit is ready for work, now the current is about 5μA. Solder the two insulated wires at both ends of the notch, connect the doorbell button, then converted into a music doorbell. However, the disadvantage of this doorbell is the volume is small.
