对白背毛木耳进行液体培养,采用正交试验设计,寻求较优配比的白背毛木耳生长促进剂配方,并通过固体培养试验验证生长促进剂的可靠性。最终确定优化生长促进剂配方为:每100毫升萘乙酸0.05 g、磷酸二氢钾2 g、硫酸锌2g、硼酸0.4 g、碳酸钙0.4 g、钨1 g、硫酸镁2 g。验证结果显示,该促进剂对白背毛木耳菌丝生长有显著促进作用。
The liquid culture of white fungus was carried out. The orthogonal experimental design was used to find out the optimal formulation of white fungus white fungus growth promoter. The solid growth test was used to verify the reliability of the growth promoter. The formulation of optimized growth promoter was finally determined to be 0.05 g of naphthalene acetic acid, 2 g of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 2 g of zinc sulfate, 0.4 g of boric acid, 0.4 g of calcium carbonate, 1 g of tungsten and 2 g of magnesium sulfate per 100 ml of naphthalene acetic acid. The result of the verification shows that the promoting agent can significantly promote the growth of Auricularia auricula.
