《数学课程标准》提出了“人人学有价值的数学,人人都能获得必需的数学,不同的人在数学上得到不同的发展”等新课程理念.但是,传统的数学评价比较单一,往往以检验学生获取知识为最主要的目的,一般采用一张试卷判断学生的优劣和等级.这种评价的弊端是它忽视了学生的兴趣、过程、心理和动机,忽视了对学生学习的激励,不利于促进学生的主动发展,不利于“不同的人在数学上得到不同的发展”理念的落实,不能全面提高学生的综合素质.因此,我们小学数学课堂中,应体现发展的观点,体现“一切为了学生发展”的思想,根据小学生的生理、心理特点,要懂得用发展的眼光对学
