目的 :采用高效液相色谱法测定盐酸格拉司琼片中盐酸格拉司琼的含量。方法 :用Spherisorb -CN柱(2 5 0mm× 4 6mm) ,以甲醇 - 0 0 5mol·L-1醋酸钠缓冲液 -三乙胺 (70∶30∶0 2 5 ,用冰醋酸调pH至 7)为流动相 ,用紫外检测器于 30 1nm波长处检测。结果 :线性范围为 0 0 0 5～ 0 0 15mg·mL-1(r =0 9996 )。平均回收率为 99 44 % ,RSD =1 16 % (n =3)。检测限为 0 0 5 μg·mL-1。结论 :本法具有操作简便 ,分析快速准确、干扰小等优点
Objective: To determine the content of granisetron hydrochloride in granisetron hydrochloride tablets by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: Spherisorb -CN column (250 mm × 4 6 mm) was used with methanol - 0 5 mol·L -1 sodium acetate buffer - triethylamine (70:30:0 2 5, pH adjusted to 7 with glacial acetic acid ) As the mobile phase, using UV detector at 30 1nm wavelength detection. Results: The linear range was 0 0 0 5 ~ 0 0 15 mg · mL -1 (r = 0 9996). The average recovery was 99 44% with RSD = 1 16% (n = 3). The detection limit was 0 0 5 μg · mL-1. Conclusion: This method has the advantages of simple operation, quick and accurate analysis, small interference and so on
