我院七○一教研室范广信副教授和研究生郭黎滨研制的线电极电火花电解复合加工新工艺及复合线切割加工用新型水基工作液于1987年7月30日在我院通过部级技术鉴定。线电极电火花电解复合加工是一种利用电能、热能和化学能等多能的加工新工艺。复合加工与电火花切割相比较,在相同的切割条件下,表面粗糙度可降低0.5~1级;复合加工的精度和线切割的精度相等;切割速度略低干线切割加工,当脉宽大于20ms 时切割速度则高于线切割加工。经过复合加工后的工件表面层应力小,不产生微裂纹,而且显微硬
