Most people use an end-to-end or end-to-end pancreatic jejunostomy and the common bile duct is anastomosed to the same jejunum. End-to-end pancreatic duct duodenal anastomosis and Roux-en-Y hepaticojejunostomy reconstruction alone have not been reported.
