身体柔韧度是身体一切运动的基础,对身体动作的平衡、协调等起着重要作用,舞蹈对于身体柔韧度水平的要求则更高。要完美的掌握舞蹈动作技能,充分的展现舞蹈的动作美、体态美、艺术美,就需要具备良好的身体柔韧度。不同跳舞人群和不同种类的舞蹈,对于身体柔韧度的要求有很大区别。本文通过分析舞蹈对身体柔韧度的要求,进而分析了身体柔韧度水平提升的一些途径和注意因素。通过这些问题的探讨和分析,希望能更好的培训舞者的身体柔韧度,使其在舞台上有更加出色的表演,将舞蹈的综合艺术性和艺术感染力发挥到最佳。
Body flexibility is the basis of all body movements, which plays an important role in the balance and coordination of body movements. Dance requires a higher level of body flexibility. To perfect the skills of dance movements, fully demonstrate the movement of the dance beauty, body beauty, artistic beauty, you need to have good body flexibility. Different dance groups and different types of dance, the requirements of body flexibility are very different. This article analyzes the requirements of dance on body flexibility, and then analyzes some ways and attention factors that enhance the level of body flexibility.
