Fe Cr_(18·2) Ni_(6·8) Mo_(2·5) C_(1·5)铸材是一种新型的汽油发动机阀座材料,其性能接近美国阀座材料标准中SAEJ6106No10合金水平,完全满足“解放CA141-6102”汽油发动机排气阀座使用性能要求。本文从X射线衍射分析出发,结合差热法、金相和TEM等方法确定此种铸件在以后升温过程中组织结构变化可分四个过程:300~420℃为奥氏体向铁素体转变;480~540℃为M_7C_3向M_(23)C_6转变;550~720℃为基体内析出M_(23)C_6;800~860℃为铁素体
The Fe Cr18.2 Ni6.8 Mo2.5 C15.5 castings are a new type of gasoline engine seat material with properties close to those of SAEJ6106No10 alloy in the US Seat Material Standard , Fully meet the “Liberation CA141-6102” petrol engine exhaust valve seat performance requirements. In this paper, X-ray diffraction analysis, combined with differential thermal analysis, metallography and TEM and other methods to determine the structure of this kind of castings in the subsequent temperature changes can be divided into four processes: 300 ~ 420 ℃ for the austenite to ferrite transformation ; M_ (7) C_6 transitions from M_7C_3 to M_ (23) C_6 at 480-540 ℃; M_ (23) C_6 precipitates at 550-720 ℃; ferrite at 800-860 ℃
