在修检蒸汽机摇连杆的过程中,各单位对杆体的裂纹或硬伤比较重视,但对普遍存在的焊修摇杆大小端瓦框、连杆叉部及尾部的磨耗面不太重视。事实上,大量焊修摇连杆各磨耗面已成为摇连杆裂断事故的隐患。摇杆大小端瓦框、连杆叉部及尾部裂损的因素比较复杂。本文主要根据实际检修、调查统计情况,探讨焊修摇连杆磨耗面与生产裂纹的关系,提出检修意见。一、情况调查 1981年3月8日,我段解放型2196号机
