Objective To compare the effect of early intervention rehabilitation training on children with poorly controlled head in different age groups of less than 1 year old and to explore the importance of head control on the development of children and to find the best timing for head control training. Methods Fifty-two neurobehavioral tests were performed on children who participated in child health care. Children with poor head control and head control training were divided into 3 to 6 months group and 6 to 12 months group. Both groups adopted unification Head control training practices, pre-training and head control improvements Gesell development using the inspection, according to large exercise DQ value monitoring comparison. Results There was no significant difference in DQ between the two groups with poor control before training (P> 0.05). The training effect of head control training in children with 3 ~ 6 months after training was significantly better than that of 6 ~ 12 Monthly training in pediatric training (P <0.001). Conclusions The ability of head control plays an important role in motor development in children. It is suggested that children with poorly controlled head should be detected early and timely intervention can effectively improve the prognosis.
