目的:应用频谱多普勒技术(PW)测定的Tei指数评价肥厚型心肌病(HCM)患者左室心功能的临床意义。方法:对21例HCM患者及18例正常对照组人群的左室心功能进行研究。结果:与对照组相比较,HCM组舒张早期E峰流速显著降低,舒张晚期A峰流速显著增加,E/A比值降低,EF显著增高,Tei指数显著增高。结论:应用PW测定的Tei指数方法是评价左室整体功能的较好指标。 PURPOSE: To evaluate the clinical significance of Tei index in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) by using spectral doppler technique (PW). Methods: The left ventricular function of 21 HCM patients and 18 normal control subjects were studied. Results: Compared with the control group, the E peak velocity in early diastole of HCM group was significantly decreased, the peak velocity of A peak in late diastolic phase was significantly increased, the E / A ratio was decreased, EF was significantly increased, and Tei index was significantly increased. Conclusion: Tei index method using PW determination is a good indicator to evaluate the overall left ventricular function.
