“20%学生跑不完1500米,中小学生体质下降速度惊人!”这是中国学生体质测试网的新闻。看完新闻之后,如何提高学生身体素质特别是耐力素质,使笔者陷入了深思。每天一小时“阳光体育”的开启不仅可以促进青少年的生长发育,更重要的是这是他们有强健体魄的保证。冬季是发展学生耐力素质的最好时机,应该抓好学生冬季的有氧耐力素质训练并注意营养补充。以下是笔者五年来教学训练工作的经验总结。
