高精度量测旋转机械某一时间内转速或加速度变化过程的“微处理机高精度加速度仪”,已由上海市电气自动化研究所试制成功并在航天部808所,511所投入使用。 此仪器设计合理,结构紧凑,使用方便,性能稳定,属于新一代微机智能化加速度测量仪。它由控制运算器、定时计数器、2台计数器、2台逻辑门和主振计时脉冲发生器有机组成。而主体有一个专用的Z80微处理机作为运算控制部件,通过M/T测量法,实现高精度窄范围量测,还具有同步起动测量功能。
